An option to extend his stay at the club has been exercised, meaning the 24-year-old will see out the second year of his contract, entering a third full season with the Flyers.
Marcus joins the club from Grevenbroich Elephants in the fourth tier of German basketball.
Marcus, a 6ft 7in forward, earned first team all-NESCAC honours in his senior year, finishing eighth in the league in scoring (15.1ppg) and third in the league in rebounds, with a career-best 9.7 boards per game.
Delpeche played in all 12 league games for the Flyers last season, averaging 10.5 points and 4.1 rebounds per game, whilst playing a key role in helping the club reach their first ever BBL Cup Final.
