Vigor And Edozie Make BBL Team Of The Week

Bristol Flyers forwards Mike Vigor and Daniel Edozie have been named in the BBL Team of the Week.

The Flyers completed a douple winning weekend with wins away to Worcester Wolves and Cheshire Phoenix to see the team rise to ninth place in the BBL Championship table.

Vigor cut down Cheshire Phoenix on Sunday with 15 points after making a perfect six of six from around basket. The forward also showcased his all-round game by not only harvesting eight rebounds, but also serving up a scintillating seven assists.

Edozie brought the power in the paint for the visitors as they held off a late fightback from the Phoenix to take the points back to Bristol. He didn’t miss a single shot after making all five of his attempts, while he joined his team-mate in mopping up on the glass with seven rebounds and also adding to the defensive effort with two huge blocks.
