VACANCY: Academy Basketball Coach

SGS College seeks a Basketball Coach to join its highly successful and nationally recognised academy, based at the WISE Campus.

 
(Salary is dependent on level of qualification and experience)

Contract Type: Two part-time roles or one full-time will be considered

Hours: Hours: 2x 18.5 (37 hours full time).


Key Tasks and Responsibilities 

  • Planning and delivering coaching sessions for SGS Academy and Bristol Flyers junior programme.
  • Assisting in the running, maintenance and development of the SGS Basketball Academy and Bristol Flyers junior programme.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications 

  • Level 2 coaching qualification 
  • Experience coaching Basketball to different abilities 
  • Understanding of combining sport with academic studies 
  • Well developed administrative, organisational and communication skills
