Trio to depart Bristol Flyers

Bristol Flyers can confirm Brandon Boggs, Adam Weary and Rohndell Goodwin will all depart the club this summer following the conclusion of their contracts.

Boggs signed from Norwegian top-flight club Kongsberg Miners in 2016 and made 66 appearances for the Flyers, averaging 13.2 points and 4.5 rebounds per game.

Weary, who joined the club from High Point University, featured 33 times for Coach Kapoulas’ side, posting an average of 12.5 points per game.

Meanwhile, Goodwin missed just two games during the 2017/18 campaign, with an average of 14.7 points and 5.4 rebounds per contest.

Speaking to bristolflyers.co.uk, head coach Andreas Kapoulas said: "On behalf of the club, we would like to thank Brandon, Rohndell and Adam for their contribution and professionalism.”

"Last season was a great year both on and off the court for our programme and all three players will forever be a part of the Flyers family.

"Adam and Rohndell made a huge impact in their one season with the club and Brandon has been a great ambassador for what we stand for in our two most successful seasons that we have had so far in the BBL.

"We wish all three of them all the very best with their future aspirations."
