Bradley signed from Northern Illinois University and departs following the conclusion of his one-year contract.
The American sharpshooter made 12 league appearances for the Flyers last season, averaging 14.8 points and 4.3 rebounds per game, whilst also helping Flyers to their first ever BBL Cup Final.
Champion, who joined the Flyers from Team Northumbria in 2018, stepped up into the starting point guard role last season and posted 5.3 points and 4.7 assists per game.
Taylor leaves after three seasons with the club, while Nicholls joined the club in 2016 after graduating from the Loughborough University basketball programme.
Both Taylor and Nicholls depart the club to focus on their professional careers outside of basketball.
Flyers Head Coach Andreas Kapoulas said: "I’d like to thank all four players for their professionalism and contribution to Bristol Flyers during their time with the club.
"It’s the nature of professional sport that, at the end of the season, we see some players move on to new opportunities.
“We’d like to wish them all the best for the next chapter of their careers and they will always be a part of the Flyers Family."
