Thank you, Mike Vigor

Everyone at Bristol Flyers would like to thank Mike Vigor and wish him a successful future following his move to Libertas BK Altamura for the 2019/20 season.

The 6ft10in forward, who joined the Flyers from Plymouth Raiders in 2016, has put pen to paper with the Italian club, bringing an end to his three-year stay with the Bristol Flyers.

During his time in Bristol, Vigor was named club captain for the 2017/18 season and also surpassed 1,000 career points in the BBL.

He went on to represent Scotland at the 2018 Commonwealth Games before re-joining the Flyers for the second half of the 2018/19 campaign, making 15 appearances and averaging 6.5 points and 4.0 rebounds per game.

“Mike has been a pleasure to work with over the last three years,” said head coach Andreas Kapoulas.

“He has played an important role in our club’s progress in the BBL and moves on with our best wishes."
