Bristol Flyers look to pick up their first away victory of the season when they travel to Newcastle Eagles for the first of two meetings in November for a 7.30pm tip-off.

It’s been a busy summer for the Eagles as Andy Thomson moved to arch rivals Leicester and the legendary Charles Smith finally called time on a stunning BBL career. New faces have come into the mix with Deondre Parks and Londoner Orlan Jackman along with GB international Joe Hart (not that one) - The core of the team remains the same and is once again led by reigning league MVP Rahmon Fletcher.
HEAD COACH
Fabulous Flournoy – A former player in the BBL with Birmingham Bullets, the 6ft 3in shooting guard was a student at NCAA Division one college McNeese State University. Flournoy joined the Eagles in 2001, and took on a new role of player/coach during the 2003/04 season.
ONE TO WATCH
Rahmon Fletcher – the reigning league MVP, Fletcher averaged 14.3 points and 5.5 assists in 33 appearances for the Eagles last season.
