Bristol Flyers has a unique opportunity for a talented Media Executive to join our in-house communications team at Bristol Sport and play a key role in the club’s journey to the Ashton Gate Sporting Quarter.

The Flyers growth trajectory means there’s never been a better time to get involved. We are now building towards the next exciting stage of our journey, with the proposed Ashton Gate Sport and Convention Centre - a 4,000 seat multi-purpose venue for the Flyers, which is expected to open during the 2024/25 season.
This role will help to lead the way in content production and managing all Bristol Flyers social media platforms - the successful applicant will be social savvy, with a background in content creation and the ability to help spot trends and opportunities to reach new audiences.
The role will be a full-time position based in Bristol and will involve travelling to every Bristol Flyers game, working weekends frequently during the basketball season. The Media Executive will report to the Head of Communications for Bristol Flyers.
We welcome recent graduates or confident self-starters, experience of working in a professional environment is beneficial. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creatively capturing and editing video, understanding how to optimise the same content for a variety of different platforms.
Salary: £22,000
Contract: Permanent
