Bristol Flyers return to the SGS College Arena in the first game of a home doubleheader, when they host the Surrey Scorchers on Friday night (7.30pm tip-off).
Everything you need to know ahead of tip-off can be found below in our ITEC game preview.
Surrey Scorchers continue a long tradition of basketball in the region having formed in 2005 as the Guildford Heat.
Forming as the Scorchers in 2015, Surrey has struggled in recent seasons having missed out on the play-offs in both of the last two seasons.
Creon Raftopoulos has been a mainstay of Surrey basketball for over a decade having coached Guildford Heat from 2010 onwards and joining Scorchers as head coach following the rebrand in 2015. He won the BBL coach of the year award in 2017/18 after leading the team to an unbeaten home record and a fifth place finish.
Saiquan Jamison currently leads the league in rebounding with 18.7 per game and has propelled his team to being second in the league in rebounds per game. He corralled 21 misses in his last game against the Leicester Riders, nine of those on the offensive end.
Last time these two teams met, Flyers took the road win 85-84 in the BBL Cup. Stanley Davis Jr led the game in scoring for Surrey with 28, while Marcus Evans followed with 22 points, include the game-winning three.
