Bristol Flyers host Sheffield Sharks in the opening game of the 2019/20 BBL regular season on Friday night (7.30pm tip-off).

Atiba Lyons - Joining Sharks as a player in 2006, Atiba Lyons made the step up to head coach in 2008. During his tenure, Lyons has won two BBL Cups, one BBL Trophy and has led the Sharks to two second place finishes as well as the BBL play-off title in 2016.
Bristol Flyers punched their ticket to the BBL Cup semi-final with a decisive victory on the road against Sheffield Sharks.
Gentrey Thomas led all scorers with 25 points and added five assists and five rebounds to set up a two-legged tie with London City Royals in the final four.
#0 Nick Lewis - The former GB Under-20 international returned to the Sharks in the summer, having previously played for them in 2014/15. A proven scorer in the BBL, Lewis hit the ground running in the BBL Cup, leading the way for Sheffield with an impressive 20.4 points and 5.5 rebounds per game.
