Bristol Flyers’ 2018/19 BBL play-off hopes ended in cruel fashion against the visiting London City Royals, (83-84).
In a game where neither side led by double figures, there were some big performances from Jalan McCloud (24 points) and Fred Thomas (21 points), but Coach K’s men ultimately fell short in a frantic final possession.
"We’ve got to make sure we have a strong start, that’s going to be very important.
"It’s going to be a big occasion for them with it being their first home game of the season, we just need to put together a strong 40 minute performance."
