The Riders are one of the more storied franchises in the history of British basketball, being the oldest team in the BBL and founding members of the league.

In addition to their strong history, they have also enjoyed recent success, winning three straight BBL Trophies in 2016, 2017 and 2018 and three straight BBL Playoffs in 2017, 2018 and 2019.

HEAD COACH

A former Riders player and Birmingham Bullet, Coach Rob Paternostro has achieved the majority of his accolades as a head coach, having never finished lower than fourth in the league as well as winning BBL Coach of the Year multiple times during his coaching career.
