HEAD COACH

Gareth MurrayGB International Gareth Murray took on the role of player-coach following the departure of Vincent Lavandier over the summer. His young core are carrying a lot of responsibility with Murray opting to focus on his coaching role, seeing limited time on the court.

With Murray at the wheel, the Rocks reached the semi-final of the BBL Trophy, but currently sit bottom of the BBL Championship with a league record of 3-14.

ONE TO WATCH

Jonny Bunyan - The Scotish international guard returned to the Rocks this season, making it his tenth consecutive season for the league’s only Scottish side.

Last season saw Bunyan finish in the League’s top 10 for three-point field goal percentage for the fifth time in the past six seasons, a mark of his consistency from behind the arc as well as his overall game.

LAST TIME OUT

Bristol Flyers delivered an early Christmas gift to the faithful fans with a blowout victory over visiting Glasgow Rocks.

Marcus Delpeche had a career high 32 points on devastating 83% accuracy from the floor, in Flyers’ largest ever victory since joining the BBL.
