GB International Gareth Murray took on the role of player-coach following the departure of Vincent Lavandier over the summer. His young core are carrying a lot of responsibility with Murray opting to focus on his coaching role, seeing limited time on the court.
With Murray at the wheel, the Rocks are still yet to play anyone outside of Manchester and Cheshire - they suffered a second heavy defeat on the road last weekend against Manchester Giants as they went down by 20 in their league opener.
Bristol Flyers fell to a 71-89 defeat at home to Glasgow Rocks in the final game of the 2019/20 season before the COVID-19 shutdown.
