Our popular Flyers TV production from last season, featuring a multi-camera video stream, action replays, exclusive interviews and in-game commentary will continue via the league’s central streaming platform, with Webgains remaining the headline sponsor for all home broadcasts.
The decision to move to a central, free-to-view platform is central to the BBL’s overall media strategy of driving new audiences to the sport and supplements the league’s TV deal with Sky Sports, which will continue from the start of the regular season in November.
BBL Player is the only place to watch every League, Cup, Trophy and Play-Off game this season and is available to fans in the UK and overseas, both LIVE and on demand.
Coverage starts on Friday, September 24th when Flyers travel to Leicester Riders (8pm tip-off), before hosting Plymouth City Patriots on Saturday, September 25th (7.30pm tip-off).
Supporters can create a BBL Player account for FREE at bblplayer.co.uk.
