The popular Bristol Flyers Rewards scheme returns for 2019/20, with rewards cash available for Bristol Flyers season card holders, official members and seasonal hospitality holders to use exclusively on merchandise both online and in the Bristol Sport Store.
Eligible supporters can earn between 2% and 5% rewards cash for each additional home game ticket purchased and for any merchandise purchased online or in store (10% rewards cash for season card holders and 5% for official members).
Paying season card holders are automatically signed up to the rewards scheme and will receive a start-up balance of £10.
Under-12 season card holders will receive a start-up balance to the value of a junior replica jersey. This can only be redeemed against a 2019/20 junior replica jersey and is subject to availability. Juniors who require an adult jersey are subject to an additional £10 fee, the price difference between an adult size jersey and a junior size jersey, which can only be purchased in store.
The rewards scheme has been launched today (Tuesday July 9th). Start-up balances have been available since Friday, June 21st. Any season cards or memberships purchased after this date will receive their start-up balances 24 hours after purchase.
All rewards cash earned over the course of the season must be spent by Sunday, May 31st 2020.
For more information, see our 2019/20 rewards cash FAQs.
Please note: the Bristol Sport Store is closed from Sunday, July 7th for a summer refresh and will re-open a couple of weeks afterwards.
You will have to create a Bristol Sport Club Account for your Under-12 child in order to get access to the rewards cash start-up balance for their replica jersey online. This is because each supporter’s balance is unique and therefore each require separate accounts. Alternatively, you can contact Supporter Services with both your ID number and the Under-12’s ID number. Supporter Services can adjust the balance by moving their start-up balance over to your account.
In order to spend your rewards cash online you will need to ensure you have set up your Bristol Sport club account. To do this, please visit login.bristol-sport.co.uk where you can also find an updated step-by-step user guide (here) to help you through setting up your account. Designed to make life easier for you, the Bristol Sport club account allows you to use just one single login to purchase tickets, merchandise and keep an eye on your Flyers rewards cash balance.
