Flyers face Newcastle Eagles in BBL Trophy first round

Bristol Flyers will host Newcastle Eagles in the opening round of the BBL Trophy.

The 2021 BBL Trophy draw was broadcast LIVE on Facebook on Thursday night, presented by BBL commentator Daniel Routledge.

The 16 teams in the competition will play their opening round games in February, with full details to be confirmed in due course.

As with last season, the BBL Trophy competition will follow a bracket format, which sees all 11 BBL clubs compete, plus Reading Rockets, Hemel Storm, Thames Valley Cavaliers, Solent Kestrels and Derby Trailblazers from NBL Division One.
