Bristol Flyers welcome Lancer Scott as an elite partner

Bristol Flyers basketball club is proud to welcome Lancer Scott as a new elite partner for the 2017/18 season.

The Bristol-based construction company have agreed to add their name to the back of Bristol Flyers’ home and away shorts, as well as becoming the front of shirt sponsor for Bristol Flyers’ Women. Lancer Scott will also sponsor Jordan Davis for the 2017/18 British Basketball League season.

Also the front of shirt sponsor for Bristol City FC, the integrated services company has extended its involvement with Bristol Sport and the newly redeveloped Ashton Gate Stadium.

“We are delighted to partner with the Bristol Flyers and we look forward to a successful relationship together,” said Lacer Scott CEO, Morian Cooke.

“Seeing what the Flyers are trying to achieve, it felt like a natural fit for us to extend our sponsorship to them as well as City. We’ve been involved with Bristol City as front of shirt sponsor for over two years now, and it is a really exciting prospect to team up with Bristol’s top-flight basketball team.

Our partnership with both the men's and women’s teams demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the stable of clubs associated with Bristol Sport and the Lansdown Club.”

The partnership hopes to bring the Bristol community together and inspire more people to take part in local sports.

Steve Devereux, Commercial and Operations Officer for Bristol Flyers added: “Lancer Scott have become our newest elite partner and it’s a pleasure to have them on board.

"A huge supporter of sport in Bristol, Lancer Scott believe in what Bristol Flyers and Bristol Sport are trying to achieve and that the support of the people and organisations of the city is pivotal. We look forward to introducing the current Bristol City FC front of shirt sponsors to the great sport of basketball."
