Lovell Cook has been released from the Bristol Flyers with immediate effect.
The 25-year-old, who joined the club in the summer, departs having made nine appearances, averaging 9.8 points per game.
The club has failed to win in the last eight league games and currently sits bottom of the BBL Championship.
“We’d like to thank Lovell for his effort, professionalism and contribution to Bristol Flyers this season,” head coach Andreas Kapoulas told bristolflyers.co.uk.
“He has played an important role in our community delivery and leaves the club with our best wishes.
“It’s unfortunate that his time in Bristol has not worked out and we would like to wish him all the best for his future career.”
