Bristol Flyers - Postponement of games FAQ’s

Bristol Flyers remaining fixtures have been postponed until further notice, the BBL has confirmed.

The below should help answer some of the questions you may have:


I’VE BOUGHT TICKETS FOR AN UPCOMING GAME, DO I GET A REFUND?

Game-to-game tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled fixture. Alternatively you can apply for a refund by emailing matchticketrefund@bristol-sport.co.uk. A refund will be processed within 10 working days. Requests over the phone will be directed to email.

Season card holders – all games are postponed until further notice, season cards will be valid for the rescheduled fixture, but no refunds will be available.


HOW DO I GET A REFUND FOR FLYERS AWAY GAMES?

To get a refund on any tickets purchased for away games, you need to contact the host club.


I HAVE HOSPITALITY BOOKINGS AT FUTURE BRISTOL FLYERS GAMES:

If you have a game-to-game hospitality booking, it will be valid for the re-arranged fixture. However if you would like a refund, please contact matchticketrefund@bristol-sport.co.uk.

Hospitality season card holders – your hospitality will be valid for the re-arranged fixture - no refunds will be available.
