Brandon Boggs spoke to the club’s official YouTube channel in his first interview as a Bristol Flyers player.
The 24-year-old joined the Flyers from Kongsberg Miners in Norway’s top flight, where he averaged 20.5 points and 6.6 rebounds per game.
Boggs previously played at the University of Western Carolina in NCAA Division One, where he was the only player in school history to finish top ten in career steals and blocks.
In his senior year, Boggs averaged 12.5 points per game, whist shooting 45.5% from the field. He scored 1370 points during his four-year spell at Western Carolina and grabbed 503 career rebounds.
“Bristol is everything I expected so far,” he told Bristol Flyers TV.
“I’ve been excited all summer long and now I’m really happy to be here.”
