Andreas Kapoulas has been named the Molten BBL Coach of the Month for December.
After a disappointing first few months of the season, Flyers have landed in the new calendar year on a high and with some momentum after they won three of their four games last month.
Kapoulas and his team showed resilience to bounce back from an 88-56 mauling at Worcester Wolves in front of the BBC Sport cameras during their first December game, to put together three wins in a row.
Their first of their current streak came at home to Leeds Force when they completed a convincing 96-79 home success.
Flyers then headed back to the University of Worcester Arena and this time they left with a victory as they extracted some sweet revenge by completing a hard-fought 81-74 triumph.
Wrapping up a Christmas gift for their fans, they completed a road win double by then taking a 95-89 win at Cheshire Phoenix.
